Aims of The Project | The project includes the design of a stand-alone working circuit board based on the 89C52 microcontroller with extra program and data memories. Each group will demonstrate an application project from the following list using their circuit boards.

Hall effect current measurement
A system which measures and displays the amount of AC and DC current. |
Turn counter with Hall effect sensor
A system which counts the number of turns using Hall effect sensor sensing the magnetic field produced by the magnets attached on the spinning axle. |
Proximity control
A system which detects the approaching people using a PIR sensor and opens a door. |
Weather station
A system which measures temperature, humidity, air pressure and displays the values on an LCD with a weather prediction |
Coctail mixer
When user has selected a predetermined cocktail, it mixes the liquids in required amounts. It includes buttons for selection and alphanumeric LCD as a display. |
Vending machine
A system counts the coins for a coin operated vending machine by using piezo flexible sensor and gives the selected item from the storage. |
Audio recorder
The system records the voice using a microphone, saves and plays audio. |
Wind gauge
The system measures the magnitude and direction of the wind, and controls a fan according to measurements. |
Color object recognition
The system recognizes the colors of the objects and separates them. |
Color line follower
A toy car follows the colorful lines required by the user. |
Programmable oscillator control
The system produces the oscillations required by the user. |
Light direction controller
A system which senses the direction of the light to control a solar cell. |
Audio player
The system reads songs from a MicroSD card and plays. |
Data Glove
A glove which senses the movement of the finger using bend sensors. |
Wireless temperature monitor
The remote temperature monitoring is implemented using a Wi-Fi module. |
FM Radio
A FM radio transmitter is controlled by the microcontroller. |
Gaussmeter
A system which measures the magnetic field in 3D using Hall effect sensors. |
Nanomuscle control
A nanomuscle is controlled through serial interface. |
